I use STP sythetic fuel injection cleaner, works good notice a few extra km gained in gas consumption. But whatever u use make sure it says "restore" lost power, not gain horsepower

just flush your injector system...

I used that valvoline synthetic fuel injector cleaner thing that kuljit used too. Didn't feel any difference... i don't even know if it did anything at all.

all bunk. thats all I can say. Wanna do something good? Take your injectors out and bring them 2 a shop that specialized in that. Get them cleaned.

Honda fuel systems are pretty clean from my experience. Haven't seen one really dirty unless the car was really neglected. Proper preventative maintenance is key.
Don't run your fuel low, and change your fuel filter at 60,000kms (change interval is 96k).
If you decide to use fuel injector cleaner, make sure it's safe on rubber seals. Otherwise, it can harden them and cause them to crack prematurely.
My SR (H23A) injectors are still pretty clean the last time I looked at the old motor. Used to use a bottle of Amsoil injector cleaner on my first fuel fill-up every month.
