Problem uploading Avtar!!!

Hy guys, I got a file, I can't seem to upload as my Avtar!!
I've tried everything and I can't figure out whts the matter
can it be done plzzzzzzzz

I've tried it too using same file and it didn't update.

Your image is 75x91 pixels. The width x height limit for avatars is 75 x 75. I'm not certain why it didn't mention this when it canceled the avatar, but you need to reduce the height.

We tried that as well, the one I put up now, is larger than the one we tried , it didn't work, can u try shriking it and doing it??
we tried like 4-5 times last night :)
