Question regarding pm

So I got an e-mail that I had a private msg from slt sam but when I go tt my inbox it isn't there. Is there anyway to fix that or to gove me the msg?

It's amazing cause I just chcked my box and the msg was there. After 2 days it arrived. hmmm
