what if the new post indication was a color other than gray. like yellow or red or orange or bright blue.

well the new post thing isn't working so well anyways. there are many posts that you'll miss if you read according to the new post identifying thing. I wasn't online much on wednesday and when i came home i had only like 5 new posts when infact there was over 1 page of new posts just in the tot forum.

Yeah I agree the new post function doesn't work very well.. I usually look at the time and date of the post..

It's already been generaly agreed upon that the new post indicator feature sucks pretty bad. Until there's some hack or other alternative for this fundtion there's nothing we can do about it.

If you want different new post icons that are a little more noticeable, then make them up and we'll try them out. Make sure they're no bigger than the current ones.
