that's why I'm asking, I know what thier used for but not what thier called, and so when I tell someone to take off this thing on thier car. I don't say "that round thingy with the holes...";) :thumbup:

C-Clips is right and if u dont care about them then just use a flathead or snap them off with vise-grips. Or you can get the proper tool from Crappy. Dont know the official name though.
Those are spring clips and you need a spring clip tool
to install or remove them without damaging them.Crappy tire sells the tool which isnt too expensive. B)

I think the tool goes for around $20-25
Of you can do what I did was to bring in the part with the spring-clip and "test" the tool in store to make sure it was the one I wanted.

Turns out that it worked great and I didn't want the tool anymore.:thumbup:
