Any Dexron II fluid will do, but just go buy Honda ATF.
You need a 3/8" rachet, a long funnel and a pan.
Under the hood in the front passenger side, you'll see a little dip stick...it's round and yellow I believe...pull it out.
To drain the ATF you should jack the passenger front side up and take the tire off. Keep the jack relatively low so that ATF doesn't run all the way to one side.
There's a round plug with a square - that conveniently fits a 3/8" rachet - near the bottom of the tranny. Pull it out and you're home free.
Put the plug back in and tighten it up - 22 ft/lbs if you have a torque wrench.
Using the long funnel, pour in about 2L of ATF...don't overfill...check the stick...take it for a short drive afterwards and check the level again...tranny fluid is a relatively important thing.
This can all be done in about 15mins...esp if you have a good jack.

Isn't it Dexron III?
Thanks Vinh, I thought it was dexron 3 too but then I'll just go with honda ATF to be sure. Now all i need to do is find a 3/8" rachet

Oops, did I say II? Yes, it's Dexron III (3).
It says on the dipstick anyways.
It's best to keep the car level as possible. If you can jack all 4 sides of the car up, it also gives more room to work with.

Honda's should have a filter for the automatic's. I think they do have a metal screen, but you cant get 2 it unless you tear the tranny apart.

I've actually heard a lot of techs say that Honda ATF is pretty much the best off the shelf stuff there is.
