Here's the routine.

Wake up. First thing in the morning, check the board.
Get to work. Before drinking cofee, check the board.
Lunch Time. Before eating, check the board.
Break Time. Check the board.
Get Home. Before showering, check the board.
Dinner Time. Before eating, check the board.
Reading Time. Before reading, check the board.
Sleeping Time. Before sleeping, check the board.

Repeat process for 365 days.

i try to check it once a day, not much goes on in the stl section.
