Mine SUCKED!
I woke up this morning at 6am to start work from home (like I usually do for 1-2 hours) and the VPN connection was down! So I had to bust my ass into work and start working from there... That's right, no shower, no breakfast, nada... just a mouthful of mouthwash and a 8 minute drive in. I get in and one of our systems is completely down. I have to get 3rd party support involved and bust their chops to fix it. By 8:30am, I've detremined that there is nothing left for me to do here while they try to resolve the problem and I try to leave... but people in the office are asking me to do stuff for them since I was the only one in the office from my team. I finally got to leave at a bit past 9am and took a 2 hour nap to get woken up by my manager calling me. He wanted to know when I could come back into the office cause our Oracle system was down too and they need to restore it... :mad:
Anyhow... that's the scoop on the AM...
On to PM now...
