92 Prelude S for Parts

A guy came into my bank today knowing I had a prelude and about the club and I'm posting this for him as a favor.

'92 Prelude S Red
no lights
Spoiler and rear of body is good
front fenders shot
good glass except windshield
good engine (F22) and transmission
good seats
possibly good interior.
no airbags

Will drive but looks like sh!t apparently

How much for the whole car? Any rust?

the car doesn't look good as it is, no front bumper, but it does run. Probably he wants a couple hundred, but he didn't give me a price.

Yeah, I'm thinking about a project car for Laura... I can deal with some missing parts but the frame should be pretty good shape with no rust... I'll give him a couple of hundred for it.
