I know I asked this before, but the thread is not here anymore for me to look at...do I need this dist cap? I have a JDM H22a which has an internal coil, and I have a MSD 6al. should I get an external coil and this also?

If you have an internal coil, your procedure for putting in a 6AL with external coil will be the same as for the Integra's and Civics. There are many 'how to' articles for putting them in to these cars that should help you. I know that you can keep your stock distributor cap if you don't mind drilling it and doing some other simple modifications. The cap assemblies like the one you listed just make it much easier.

You can modify your internal coil by running the USDM distributor cap.
