sort of....it is standard policy...but I can also take off more money...just depends on the item and what kind of mood my manager is in....I will get anyone that comes to me the best deal no matter what it take...thats my policy

Yeah ultimate does do that, alot people come to us with a sales proposal from ultimate and sometime we just have to send them away because they are bottom up on the sale. But the ultimate by me doesnt do any business so they do what they can to get a sale. The biggest part of our quota for the day is margin (which is what the store makes off the actual product) if its a avertised price some where else we will price match. But car audio is a good department to work in because there is alot of mark up on car fi. I know at best buy most car audio is marked up around 70-100% of actual store cost. So commission should be good on that. I wish we did commission at best buy but I probably make a better hourly wage but who knows. good luck jason
