Contacting Admins

Is there anyway to simultaneously Contact the Admins? I wanna help my friend's business out by posting an add here (somewhere)...just for his contact info, and webpage, but I'm not sure if i should post it in our FS section, before i get banned...

What kind of a business is he? We usually don't allow unpaid business advertising..

Its his personal business that he just started. It's not like a store or distribution, or clothing or anything like that, its more of a at-home-in-the-garage type of business..justtrying to help him out.
