We need someone to fill a full time position immediately. We are looking for someone with experience in a dealership environment and preferably Reynolds & Reynolds knowledge. You will be working a 4-10's rotating schedule which means you'll work 4 days a week, 10 hours a day and every 3 weeks you'll have 5 days in a row off. You WILL be working Saturdays, no Sundays. The schedule resembles this:

Pay will be based on experience and is always negotiable. Health, dental and vision, profit sharing, matching 401k and yearly bonuses in most cases.

You'll need to take an online personality profile Q&A. We WILL do a background check, run your license and you'll have to pass a drug test. If you have ANY doubt about any of these, please don't waste my time or yours.

Up until about 5 mins ago, it was. Then he called and backed out at the last minute. So they're going through the resumes again.

Yes it has.

Thanks again to everyone who sent a resume and went through the interview process. I received more applicants from just these two web boards I posted on than our HR department did from all the resources they have.
