squeaking sounds

[Story Worm]

I have a squeaking sound coming from the front wheel of my bike. So my first though is that it's my brake pad. I go to change it and thats not it. Brake pads are still good. It happens when i'm slowly going or barely pressing my brakes. any help would be awesome.
