New Acura 3.2L CL Type-S owner

So my car recently got totalled and the other day i purchased an 01' Acura 3.2L CL Type-S. As of right now i used all the money I got from the old car and bought this but im very axcious on doing mods on the CL so anyone go ahead and put there input on what i should do first. Thanks!:)
