Engine swap?

Hi all,

So, im looking to buy a prelude but its a pain in the butt, as all of them are either high km or unreasonably expensive (at least from my point of view).

I was wondering what the costs and feasibility is of buying a base prelude (92 or 93) and then doing an engine swap for a low km SR (h22a?) or even SRV engine.
Has anyone done this?
What costs would be involved?

Keep in mind that the base S comes with 14" steel wheels, smaller brakes and I believe is missing some interior options as well. How much are 92-93 SR's?

92 SRs are usually anywhere from 9500 to 11000.
Base 92s are usually 2 grand cheaper.
This being my first car, Im trying to decide if to wait and get a SR or get a base and make it look real snazzy...and swap in the future.
