Every couple of vists all or most of the threads appear as read, dispite the fact that I haven't been on in 24hrs and there are lots of new post I haven't seen before.
I am also having trouble getting the main page. I get time out errors etc, like the site is down, but I try again an hour later and it's back. I though there were server problems, but nobody else complained...
Both problems have been coming and going for the last few days.

The main page of the webboard, or of the site itself? I've never gotten a timeout message, but I do get a connection refused message a couple times a day, which is fixed with just a refresh. I'll see if anyone else is having board hanging problems.
There's a new bugfix version of the board, 2.2.8. When I looked through the list of fixes it had several to do with message notification and forum subscriptions. Moving might help some of the issues people are having, but I' hesitant to go through all the mork of a new upgrade right now.

After I read your first message I got one of those time out errors and it lasted for about 3-4 minutes before the board would refresh again. Are you experiencing this more at a specific time? It would have to be something to do with the server itself. I'm not certain with the maintenance schedule on this server.

I thought that it was the time of day, since I always get on when I get home, but it's happend from school twice during the day. I find I can access the page when it happens, by deleting the "http://www." from the address, causing windows to re locate the site. This happens at home and at school. Hitting the refresh button does nothing.
